Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AutoValue website at autovalueuae.com and its related services (the "Service"), operated by AutoValue ("AutoValue", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

AutoValue is a software product for used-car research. It provides AI-powered tools — an AI research assistant, price estimates, and market analytics — to help you research used vehicles. All outputs are informational estimates generated from available data and models. They are not an appraisal, an official vehicle history or inspection report, financial or investment advice, or a guarantee of any price, sale, or outcome.

AutoValue does not sell vehicles, take payment for cars, or operate as a transaction marketplace. Any car listings shown on the site are free research data that link out to the original third-party seller; all transactions for a vehicle happen directly between you and that seller. Paid plans and credit packs purchased through AutoValue are for access to the AutoValue AI software only.

2. Accounts

Some features require an account. You are responsible for the accuracy of your registration information and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be at least 18 years old to purchase paid features. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

3. Credits, plans and billing

• AI tools consume credits. Each account receives a free monthly allowance. You may buy more credits through a monthly subscription (which includes a recurring monthly credit allowance) or a one-off credit pack. Current prices are shown on our Pricing page.
• Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. You may cancel at any time; your plan remains active until the end of the paid period.
• Monthly allowance credits are reset at each renewal and do not roll over. Purchased pack credits do not expire and are added on top of your allowance. Credits have no cash value, are not transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Payments are collected and processed by our third-party payment provider, which may act as the merchant of record for your purchase. Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in breach of any applicable law;
• scrape, resell, or redistribute the Service's data or AI outputs, or use them to build a competing product;
• attempt to bypass credit metering, security, or access controls;
• upload malicious code or disrupt the Service or other users.

5. Disclaimers

The Service and all AI outputs are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy. Vehicle prices, availability, and listing details come from third-party sources and may be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate. You are solely responsible for any decision you make based on the Service.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AutoValue will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your reliance on AI outputs or third-party listings. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the three months before the claim arose.

7. Changes

We may update the Service and these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised "last updated" date. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The courts of the UAE have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
